When does the 60-day pilot start?
The hosted pilot starts when your first production data is received, not when an account is created. That gives your team time to complete integration before the evaluation period begins.
Do you require a credit card for the pilot?
No. The hosted pilot does not require a credit card. We activate hosted pilots with usage guardrails so teams can evaluate Hymetry with real product data.
What happens after day 60?
You can move to a paid hosted plan, pause hosted ingestion, or run the Open Source version yourself. The first paid invoice begins from day 61. We do not retroactively charge for the pilot. If no payment is received after the pilot, we may delete collected hosted pilot data after more than 10 days without payment.
How are plans invoiced?
Plans are monthly prices, invoiced quarterly by default. Monthly invoices may be available by request for early customers.
What happens if we exceed our usage limit?
Usage limits are soft. We do not surprise-bill for short spikes. If usage exceeds your plan for two consecutive months, we contact you and help move you to the right plan.
What counts as an event?
Events are product interactions captured for analytics, such as page activity, clicks, and other configured product behavior. Very noisy events can be reduced with capture controls, sampling, or throttling.
What counts as a session recording?
A session recording is replay context for a user session. Hosted recordings are tracked separately from analytics events, retained for up to 30 days, and then scheduled for deletion.
Do you limit the number of projects?
No. During the hosted pilot, you can create one workspace. Hosted plans include unlimited projects inside one workspace. Events and session recordings are counted across all projects, so teams can separate products, environments, modules, or apps without worrying about project-count limits.
Does setup support cover every project?
Project creation is unlimited, but guided setup and review are scoped by plan. The hosted pilot includes guided review for one primary production project by default, with additional project reviews available by request.
Is Hymetry open source?
Yes. You can run the Open Source version yourself from GitHub. Hosted plans are available if you want Hymetry to manage infrastructure, analytics storage, and replay hosting for you.
Can we self-host Hymetry?
Yes. Use the Open Source version on GitHub if your team wants to manage deployment, storage, updates, and operations itself.
How does Open Source differ from hosted plans?
Open Source is free and self-managed with the same product functionality. Hosted plans add managed infrastructure, analytics storage, replay hosting, analytics retention, setup help, and support.
Can we keep all data inside our own infrastructure?
Yes, by running the Open Source version yourself. Hosted Hymetry is managed by Hymetry; self-hosted Hymetry is managed by your team.
Do all hosted plans include Pages, Companies, Users, Visits, AI Insights, and Privacy Controls?
Yes. Hosted plans are primarily separated by usage, analytics retention, and support - not by removing the core product.
Can we get annual pricing?
Yes. Annual upfront pricing is available by request.
Can we create separate projects for staging and production?
Yes. Project creation is unlimited inside one workspace. However, we recommend keeping noisy staging or development traffic controlled with capture scope, sampling, or separate configuration so it does not consume unnecessary usage.
